KOCHI: A son allegedly hacked his father to death over a land dispute at Cheranalloor in Kochi. The dead has been identified as Bharathan of Vishnupuram. The two hacked each other over a dispute regarding the sharing of liquor bought by his son.

Bharathan’s son Vishnu who sustained head injuries is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kochi. Bharathan died Friday morning. The Cheranallor police have registered a case.
