PALAKKAD: A charred body of a man was found inside a lorry halted. The incident happened at Kailas Nagar in Koduvayur. The dead has been identified as Kumaran (35), son of Kalam Krishnan of Charanath. The body was found last night.

The locals and the fire force doused the fire emanating from the lorry. After seeing the body in the lorry, they immediately informed the police. Initial reports said the fire may have caused from the gas in the lorry. However, the locals said there is a mystery in the incident.
