VELLARADA: A contract worker died after falling from an electric post. The deceased has been identified as Ottasekharamangalam native Ratheesh Kumar (33). The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon while Ratheesh was working on a post at Pullachalkkonam that comes under the Ottashekaramangalam electricity section. He was rushed to a medical college hospital with serious head injuries but died overnight.
