DUBLIN: An Indian woman and her two children were found strangled to death in South Dublin in Ireland. The deceased has been identified as Mysuru native Seema Banu Syed (37), her daughter Asfira Riza (11) and son Faizan Syed (6).
According to reports, the bodies were found at Seema's house in Llywellen Court in South Dublin. Thought the dead bodies were discovered on October 30, police said that the three might have been killed five days before their bodies were found. Police found the bodies after they searched the house following a complaint from the neighbours that Seema and her children were not seen outside for the last few days. According to police, the attacker left after opening the taps inside the house.
Seema and her family moved to the region a year ago after her husband Sameer Syed got a job there. The murder took place while Sameer was out on business. Police are looking for a 30-year-old man in connection with the incident. They are trying to identify the man by finding more CCTV footage of him.
