AGARTALA: A case of raping a 90-year-old widow was registered in a police station in North Tripura on Wednesday. The family members of the widow, who don’t stay with her, filed the complaint alleging a youth, Anjan Nama, of raping her on October 24, the night of Navami of Durga Puja.

“According to the complaint, accused Nama on finding her alone took her advantage,” police said.

A manhunt is on to apprehend the absconding, Nama.
