THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has come up with strong criticism against Media and he had publicised his response through Facebook.

“Left front in the state has never expected media’s assistance any time. We are not expecting in the future also. What all are they doing under the garb of independent media. What responsibility are they fulfilling towards the people of this state after transmitting fake information in the name of news. Media are not fulfilling their responsibility towards the state. The media in the state has succumbed before organised political interests. They think that every time under the garb of neutralism, they can deceive the people by presenting fake information in attractive colours. But they are wrong. The people in the state know them well,” he said.
