THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala confirmed 7025 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, Health Minister KK Shailaja informed. Among the new cases, 6163 persons developed the disease through contact including 712 cases without an identified source of infection.
65 health workers tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, 8511 patients tested negative for the virus on Sunday.
The state recorded 28 COVID deaths on Sunday with the toll rising to 1512.
