BENGALURU: Binoy Kodiyeri has put forward the demand to see his brother Bineesh Kodiyeri who is currently under ED’s custody. Binoy has filed a plea in Karnataka high court raising this demand. Binoy has informed the court that he wants to see his brother in person but the probe agency is denying consent to see him. He said as the agency is denying nod to see him, Vakalat is still not ratified by Bineesh. Binoy has also said that Bineesh have serious health issues and he has come to know that through media.

Meanwhile, ED’s interrogation on Bineesh Kodiyeri has entered the fifth consecutive day. Bineesh who has reached in ED office felt sick following which he was hospitalised. He took the staircase of the building very slowly and unsteadily and he also told the ED officials that he is not very well.
