KOCHI: On the basis of Sivasankar’s testimony ED has received the nod from Kochi principal sessions court to quiz Swapna Suresh. Earlier, Sivasankar has given the testimony that Swapna has intervened in state government’s prestigious projects such as smart city, KFONE, E-mobility and downtown.

Court has given nod to ED officials to grill Swapna, Sarith and Sandeep after visiting them in Jail. Swapna has intervened even in the smart city project which is on a standstill now. On the basis of available information, ED has also started probes into other infrastructural programmes of government.
