THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The RSS has clarified its stance on the issue between the BJP state unit and Sobha Surendran. While stating that there is no need for RSS to interfere in BJP's internal issues, Prantha Karyavahak P. Gopalankutty said BJP has enough leaders, including state president, who will intervene in the issue and solve the problems.

Gopalan's statement came after the rift within Kerala BJP became public. Earlier, the central leadership had said that it would not intervene in Sobha Surendran's complaint against the state leadership.
