THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Vigilance to start preliminary probe against Ramesh Chennithala, V S Sivakumar and K Babu. The latest move from vigilance comes after receiving many complaints on the new revelation made by the whistleblower Biju Ramesh in which he said that he has given Rs one crore as bribe for reducing bar license fee.

Vigilance sought permission for the preliminary probe to the government after vigilance court asked the government to explain the steps taken on the complaints which sought investigation on Biju’s statement.
