His relatives reached the house and their request to enter the house led to a spat. The Karnataka police did not allow them who reached with food and clothes to enter the house. The state police reached the spot after a spat broke out between them and the ED. Bineesh’s wife, his two-year-old child and her parents are in the house. The relatives said they will not leave the place without seeing them. Bineesh’s aunt (mother’s sister) and some other relatives are protesting in front of the house.

The raid which started yesterday morning is still continuing. The raid is prolonging due to the dispute in signing the mahassar. The dispute is on the ATM card in the name of Muhammed Anoop arrested in the Bengaluru drug case. When ED said it was recovered from Bineesh’s house, his relatives said the former brought it. Bineesh’s wife and relatives decided not to sign the documents seized by the ED.

Bineesh’s family will be approaching the court against ED. Though it was hinted that the raid ended at 9 pm last night, the ED again asked the family for documents based on Bineesh's statement. In the meantime, the lawyer arrived on the instructions of the family. The ED did not permit the lawyer to go home even after he requested for it. The lawyer later spoke to Bineesh’s father-in-law.

When the dispute intensified, noted lawyer Murukkumpuzha Vijayakumar reached Bineesh’s house. He is the one who handles CPM activists’ cases in the capital city. Raid is expected to continue in firms connected to Bineesh..
