THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Some very dramatic scenes were witnessed in Bineesh Kodiyer’s house in the Bengaluru drug case. Things turned worse when his relatives alleged that his wife and child are detained by the ED. The child rights commission too reached the spot. Child Rights Commission chief K V Manoj Kumar said they will not permit to violate the rights of the child. They said they will take steps on it and the order required to protect the rights of the child will be issued today itself.

Meantime, Bineesh’s mother-in-law alleged that the documents stated to be seized from his room were brought by the enforcement officers. If they had seized them from their house, they should have showed them immediately. They said they will not sign the mahassar even if sent to jail. They said they were questioned in a closed room and did not permit them to feed the child.

Child Rights Commission reached his house in Maruthamkuzhy based on the complaint of Bineesh’s relatives that the ED have detained his wife and child. The ED later permitted his wife to come out following a dispute with the CRPF.
