KOCHI: The Enforcement has got the approval to question Swapna Suresh. The ED will reach the jail to question her. She is being questioned in black money case based on the statement of Sivasankar. He told the ED that Swapna presented him the iPhone on his birthday.

He told enforcement that she had given him birthday presents in the last three years. She gave expensive watches in 2018 and a laptop in 2019 and an iPhone in January 2020. He said that he had also given her and her family gifts.

The ED sought permission from the court to question her again based on his statement. ED joint director Maneesh Godhra, who took charge recently will be questioning the two again.
