THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala confirmed 3593 COVID-19 cases on Monday, Health Minister KK Shailaja informed.

3070 persons developed the disease through contact including 409 cases without an identified source of infection. 53 health workers tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 5983 patients tested negative for the virus today.

The state recorded 22 COVID deaths on Monday with the toll rising to 1714.
