BENGALURU: Bineesh Kodiyeri, who was arrested in connection with financial transactions, was found in possession of a phone while in enforcement custody. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said that Bineesh used the phone at the Wilson Garden police station. Bineesh was transferred from Wilson Garden police station to Cubbon Park police station following an intelligence report regarding this.

ED has been interrogating Bineesh for 11 days. During this time he was being held at the Wilson Garden police station. The police intelligence unit reported to ED that the Bineesh used a phone during this period. ED received information about this on Sunday.
