THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala confirmed 2710 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said. Among this, 2347 persons developed the disease through contact including 269 cases without an identified source of infection. 55 persons who came from outside the state also tested positive for the virus.39 health workers tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, 6567 patients tested negative for the virus today.
The state recorded 19 COVID deaths on Monday with the toll rising to 1888.
