PULPALLY: An elderly couple were found hanging at Mullankolly in Wayanad. The two have been identified as Karunakaran (80) and his wife Sumathy (77) at Pathiri Chengazhasseri. The incident happened late last night.

They were found hanging in front part of their house. Though they were taken to Pulpally Community Health Centre, their lives could not be saved. The couple has three daughters. Two are married and the couple was staying with the unmarried daughter.
