ERNAKULAM: A special team has been assigned to take further action on the sexual harassment complaint against AP Anil Kumar, a former minister in the UDF government. The confidential statement of the complainant will be recorded inside a court in Ernakulam on November 26.

The sexual harassment complaint against Anil Kumar was lodged by a woman, who is also a co-accused in the solar case.

According to the solar report, the woman was sexually assaulted several times at Rose House-the Anil Kumar's official residence in Vazhuthcaud when he was a minister, Le Meridien Hotel and Kerala House in Delhi. But there was a delay in proceedings in a case registered by the Crime Branch in 2019 as the statement was not given on time.
