PALAKKAD: Congress MLA Shafi Parambil and his companions were ousted from the house of a party worker after the MLA visited the house without wearing a mask. The MLA was visiting the houses in the locality as part of the election campaign for the local body elections. The incident took place at Pookara Thottam in Olavakkode South, 52nd ward of Palakkad municipality.

On the day of silent campaign, the MLA and his associates arrived without wearing masks and without sanitizer in hand.
