BENGALURU: The Bengaluru Sessions Court on Monday rejected the bail plea of Bineesh Kodiyeri in the money laundering case. The bail plea was rejected after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) informed the court that the investigation was progressing and that more people needed to be questioned.

Bineesh can now approach the Karnataka High Court to seek bail. Though Bineesh's lawyer had argued that Bineesh's personal liberty should be respected and granted bail, the court decided not to grant him bail.
