THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As the vote-counting in local body polls are progressing, reports say that UDF has suffered a humiliating defeat. Right front faced defeat even in the panchayat wards of Mullapally and Chennithala. LDF won in both seats.

Ramesh Chennithals’s votes fall on 14th ward of Triperunthura panchayat. LDF’s K Viju has won here. Mullapally Ramachandran belongs to 11th ward of Azhiyoor Panchayat in Kozhikode district. Here also LDF clinched victory, LJD candidate has won from this ward.
