KOCHI: The Women’s Commission have taken a suo moto case on the incident of sexually abusing an actress at the shopping mall in Kochi. Commission chief M C Josephine condemned the incident. She said they will visit the actress and will probe the incident.

Josephine directed to take action against those who insulted the actress after examining the CCTV footages. This shopping mall is located within the Kalamassery Police station limits.

The actress revealed about the incident via an Instagram Post. She alleged that two youths tried to insult her and after touching her body followed her. The incident happened when she was in the mall with her family.
