THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Muslim league leader P K Kunhalikutty has said that UDF should be able to give the necessary confidence to the people. He also added that UDF’s result in the recently concluded local body polls is satisfactory and reason for the defeat is lack of mobilisation of anti-incumbency votes. The Muslim League leader stated that some votes which were to be received to UDF went to BJP.

He also said that UDF should move forward in a disciplined way, and it will come with new policies without the disparity of forward or backward communities. The League MP also alleged that CPM is making moves for communal polarisation. “Problems in Congress will be settled soon. UDF will win more than 100 seats in the coming assembly polls,” he added.
