THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Recent report claims that the bars in the state will be soon reopened. An order in this regard will be issued today or tomorrow. The government's decision was based on the recommendation of the Excise Commissioner. Though the closed bars were reopened earlier, they were only allowed to sell liquor through counters.
