KASARGOD: Two persons arrested in connection with the murder of DYFI worker, Ouf Abdul Rahiman in Kanhangad. The arrest of Youth league worker Ashir, MSF worker Hassan was recorded on Saturday. Police say that these two individuals helped the first accused Irshad to kill Ouf. As of now, Irshad is lodged in Pariyaram medical college. He also was also injured in the attacks.

Ouf who was travelling in his bike via the Kallorabi Mundathodu road was attacked by a gang of three persons who were hiding behind a wall. The incident happened in front of Irshad’s house. Police have discovered iron rod, and pieces of broken spectacles and a wooden stick covered in cloth. Ouf is the son of Aysha from Kalloravi and Abdullah Darivi from Manjeshwaram. He came back from Sharjah following the lock down.
