PALAKKAD: The Palakkad honour killing case witnessed a new development, the brother of slain Aneesh has made revelations against Aneesh’s father in law. Arun, brother of Aneesh has said that Prabhukumar, the father-in-law has threatened Haritha his daughter and Aneesh’s wife that everything will end within three months and her yellow thread will be valid only for three months.

Arun also said that the murderers attacked Aneesh after they reached the murder site in a bike. Prabhukumar, who went on the cover after the murder, was arrested by police early morning from a relative’s home in Coimbatore.

On Friday, Haritha’s uncle was held by the police. The accused attacked Aneesh with weapons when he was on his way to a nearby shop. Even though he was rushed to the hospital, he couldn’t be saved. His marriage was held just three months ago.
