KANNUR: An employee of theKannur International Airport has been terminated from service for criticising Pinarayi Government via a Facebook post. The chairman terminated K L Ramesh, who was working as superintendent of the Fire and Rescue wing at the airport, from service.

ർThe order of Kannur International Airport Limited (KIAL) has mentioned that he has been dismissed from service for continuously criticising the chief minister and other people’s representatives via social media. He had criticised the government soon after the Supreme Court verdict on Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Reports said KIAL got a complaint against him when he showered harsh criticisms against the government.
