THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The post-mortem report of Shakha Kumari (51), a native of Thresiyapuram in Karakonam, mentioned that she died of electric shock. Arun’s arrest will be recorded today. He murdered her to grab all her assets. Police is finding whether Arun got anybody’s help to commit the murder. He took her to Karakonam Medical College and told doctors that she got electrocuted from contact with lights at home. The doctors grew suspicious and informed the police. The forensic team had visited their house and conducted an inspection. Blood stains were found on the bed sheet. In the meanwhile, her relatives also came forward alleging suspicion.
Arun and Shakha Kumari got married two months ago. Shakha’s father was a teacher and he is no more. She lives with her bedridden mother.
