KOCHI: Flat owner Adv. Imtiaz Ahmed was arrested by the police in connection with the death of a housemaid who fell from the sixth floor of the apartment building. Earlier, he had been granted anticipatory bail. The arrest was registered when he appeared before the police. The arrest was made on the charge of unjustly detaining the maid. Kumari, a housemaid from Salem, Tamil Nadu, died on December 13 after falling from the 'Link Horizon' flat at Marine Drive on December 4.
