THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Swapna Suresh, accused in the gold smuggling case, has been admitted to the medical college hospital after she complained of uneasiness. As soon as she developed uneasiness, the jail authorities rushed her to the hospital. Her health condition is stated to be satisfactory.

Meanwhile, it came to light that she procured a fake certificate through Dev Education Trust in Punjab. A firm in Thycaud helped her in attaining the certificate. Swapna paid Rs one lakh to get the certificate. Swapna got the certificate of Dr Baba Sahib University in Mumbai. She got the job in Space Park after producing this certificate obtained in 2017.
