KADAKKAVOOR: The relatives of the accused in the Kadakkavoor POCSO case came up claiming that the complaint of the woman abusing her son was fake.

According to the woman's family, her husband filed the complaint as she opposed his second marriage and approached the court for alimony. They also alleged that the husband used to torture her physically and mentally over dowry. The younger son of the couple also said that he was tortured by his father.

The woman was arrested on the basis of the complaint filed by her husband stating that she sexually abused her son. She was remanded later. The couple, that got married after a love affair, have four children. The two have been living separately for the last three years.
