THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CBI has submitted the charge sheet regarding the accident that resulted in the death of violinist Balabhaskar and his daughter Thejaswini. In the charge sheet, the CBI mentioned that there was nothing unnatural about the accident. It stated that the accident was caused by driver Arjun's overspeeding and reckless driving. Following this, Arjun was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Meanwhile, it also registered a case against witness Kalabhavan Soby for presenting wrong information and fabricated evidence.

The accident took place on September 25, 2018. While Thejaswini died on the spot, Balabhaskar died on October 2.Balabhaskar's wife Lakshmi was seriously injured in the accident. Arjun did not suffer any serious injuries.

Meanwhile, Balabhaskar's father Unni said that he was not satisfied with the CBI's discovery and that Arjun should have been charged with murder and conspiracy.
