THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: NCP state chief T P Peethambaran master has said that CM has never rejected the possibility of meet with Praful Patel. He also said that CM has talked with NCP leader over the phone and he has told him that the date and time of the meet will be informed later.

Meanwhile, T P Peethambaran Master reiterated his earlier stand on Pala assembly seat. He said there will be no compromise on Pala seat and the issue will be resolved through talks. He also added that Mani C Kappan is not likely to join UDF.

However, Mani C Kappan has said that he will only contest from Pala. He said the seat is dear to him and party chief Sharad Pawar won’t ask him to give it up and he would take a final decision only after talks between Praful Patel and chief minister. He also added that no discussion has taken place with Tariq Anwar.
