THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: One person went missing after a ship collided with a boat in the Vizhinjam Sea. The accident happened 70 kilometres off the coast of Vizhinjam. The person missing is identified as Shahul Hameed. The incident happened this morning. The boat named ‘Adbudha Mantri’ met with the accident. The boat was not significantly damaged.

There were three including Hameed in the boat. The incident came to light when the rest reached the shore and informed the people. Shahul who was sitting on the side of the boat fell into the sea after being hit by the ship. The help of the coast guard has been sought to find which ship hit the boat.
