THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has imposed dies non to a strike announced by a group of government employees and teachers on Wednesday. The salaries of those who absent themselves from the office will be reduced from their March salary. Temporary employees who absent themselves will be removed from service.

Heads of Departments have been directed to send the number of attendees, the number of absentees and the number of those granted leave to the Department of Public Administration via email before 11 a.m on Wednesday. Collectors should report about the general condition of the main offices in the districts before 11.30 am to Public Administration Department.
