The super hit Mohanlal movie 'Drishyam' is reportedly going to Hollywood. The director of the film Jeethu Joseph said this in an interview to a radio channel. The director said that someone from Hollywood contacted him to find out about the movie. But he added that he is not aware of any progress in this regard.
"There's an actress who starred in the Clint Eastwood movie 'Million Dollar Baby '. It was said they are planning to do the movie with her. An Indian who works in Hollywood approached. The story is that the girl's mother is committing the crime. The English script and film of Drishyam were sent as per their request. It was sent a month and a half back. I don't know if there is any progress", said Jeethu Joseph.
The director's revelation came ahead of the release of 'Drishyam 2', the sequel to the superhit movie. Instead of Mohanlal's 'George Kutty', a woman-centric film is being considered in Hollywood. Oscar-winner Hillary Swank is expected to play the lead role in the film.
