KOCHI: Film director Major Ravi snapped all his ties with the BJP and has joined the Congress party. He attended the Aishwarya Kerala Yatra led by opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala when it reached Thripunithura.

It is heard that he will attend the yatra’s other venues also. He has been associated with the BJP for the last few years. He had showered serious allegations against the state BJP leaders a few days back. He had asserted that the 90% of the leaders are unbelievable and they just what to know what they get.

He had called on KPCC chief Mullappally Ramachandran in Aluva the other day. The KPCC chief himself had shared the photos on social media.
