KOCHI: Actor Nadirsha left behind his daughter’s bag of jewellery meant for her wedding, in the train. He and his family remembered about the bag after disembarking from the train. By the time, the train had left the station. Finally he got the bag through the timely intervention of railway employees.
Nadirsha and his family reached Kasargod in Malabar Express Thursday morning for the nikah of their daughter Ayesha. The bag was left in A One coach. Nadirsha immediately informed the Kasargod Railway Protection Force. The RPF soon handed over the information to Traveling Ticket Inspector and batch-in-charge M Muraleedharan. They instantly checked the coach. When the train reached Kumbala, the bag was found lying under seat number 41.
There was no one in the coach. RPF ASI Binoy Kurien and constable Suresan handed over the bag to Nadirsha’s relative who reached Mangalore via road.
