KOCHI: A recent report claimed that Muslim League leader VK Ebrahim Kunju MLA, the accused in the Palarivattom flyover scam case, has violated his bail conditions by traveling from Ernakulam district to Malappuram. After reaching Malappuram, the MLA held discussions with Panakkad Hyderali Shihab Thangal, Sadiqali Shihab Thangal and PK Kunhalikutty, the report said.

Recently, the Chief Minister had received a complaint that Ebrahim Kunju, who was granted bail on the ground that he was suffering from a serious illness, was active in public functions and had cheated the court by producing a private hospital report. The complaint was filed by Gireesh Babu, the complainant in the vigilance case.
