KOCHI: NCP state president TP Peethambaran publicly protested over the Pala seat dispute at the inaugural conference of the southern regional march led by Binoy Vishwam held at Kochi Marine Drive. In the presence of Jose K Mani, Peethambaran publicly expressed his protest by saying that there is grief over the loss of the Pala seat.

NCP state president TP Peetambaran was invited to talk at the event after the speeches of the inaugural address of CPI (M) General Secretary D Raja, and speeches of MV Govindan, and Jose K Mani. He made his protest over the loss of the seat with Jose K Mani and other constituent party leaders on the stage. Interestingly, Jose K Mani left the stage shortly after the end of the speech.
