BENGALURU: The Karnataka government has imposed strict restrictions on those arriving from Kerala. According to the new order, people traveling from Kerala to Karnataka must produce COVID negative certificates that are not older than 72 hours. Earlier, negative certificates were made compulsory for students coming from five districts of Kerala.

The Technical Advisory Committee had directed the Karnataka government to make COVID Negative Certificate compulsory for travelers from Kerala after several students from Kerala tested positive for the virus.
