THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A youth who attempted suicide after the power of his house was disconnected, died here Wednesday morning. The youth Sanil of Neyyattinkara Perungadavila attempted suicide against the disconnection of power.

He had contested as congress rebel in panchayat polls. His death statement was that the power was disconnected in the name of contesting polls. However, the explanation of the KSEB was that the bills has not been paid for months.
