THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sumesh Chempazhanthi, Senior News Photographer of the Kerala Kaumudi Thiruvananthapuram bureau will receive the Excellence Award instituted by the Voice of Gulf Returnees. Minister Kadakampally Surendran will present the award at a function to be held at Hotel Chirag Inn at 6 pm on Thursday. Minister K Raju will inaugurate the function. Sumesh is the son of late K.
