THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: After the discovery that the iPhone given to UAE Consul General by Santhosh Eapen was used by Vinodini, the wife of Kodiyeri, minister Mercykutty Amma challenged the Customs to find the phone from Vinodini's possession if there is one. The minister was speaking at a fishermen's meeting in Vypin. "There will be many more stories like this in the coming months," she said.

Reacting to Swapna's statement that the Chief Minister was involved in dollar smuggling, Mercykutty Amma said there should be a limit to absurdity. She also criticized the Leader of the Opposition Ramesh Chennithala for spreading lies on the deep sea fishing issue.
