KOCHI: Actor and director Nadirsha will be cross-examined today in the actor attack case. He will be cross-examined at the special court in Kochi. Dileep’s brother Anoop and approver Vipin Lal will also be cross-examined today.

The trial court had earlier rejected prosecution’s plea seeking cancellation of the bail of Dileep, eighth accused in the case. The prosecution had filed the plea against Dileep alleging that he was influencing witnesses. Some prosecution witnesses including film stars had turned hostile.

On February 17 in 2017, accused including the first accused Pulsar Suni attacked the young actress who came to Kochi for shooting and filmed the obscene scenes. In a probe conducted, the investigating team found that the accused committed the crime following a quotation given by Dileep.
