THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM state secretary A Vijayaraghavan said constitutional institutions including the Election Commission and the Reserve Bank are under the control of the BJP and only judiciary remains. Vijayaraghavan made the allegation in the article published in CPM’s mouthpiece titled 'Are the investigating agencies BJP's quotation team'.

Vijayaraghavan said the BJP leadership had reserved a bomb, the secret statement of Swapna Suresh, but it was defused. Except for big headlines and breaking news in some dailies, the investigative agency and those controlling have drawn criticism, he said.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had lodged a complaint with the Chief Election Commissioner against the central agencies way to subvert the elections. He added that the election commission's response was that they could not block the investigation in the name of the code of conduct and it is not surprising, he added.

After the announcement of the elections, the national leaders of the BJP and the Congress are talking in the same manner. Rahul Gandhi alleged the same thing that Amit Shah said on Sunday. The BJP, who is making people laugh by arguing over the ministerial candidate, got a lone seat in 2016 and how they got it need not be explained. The UDF will not get the cash deposited in Nemom. The congress did not field a candidate then for smooth bogus voting. The BJP won following the secret understanding between them, he alleged.

Amit Shah had raised some questions about the gold smuggling in his speech in Thiruvananthapuram. The NIA which is under Shah's direct control started a probe in the gold smuggling via diplomatic luggage in July 2020. The person found by the NIA and customs and the main accused who sent the gold from abroad is still living comfortably in Dubai. Vijayaraghavan asked why this accused is not arrested and brought before law.
