THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has sought legal advice in filing a case against the officials of the Enforcement Directorate regarding the voice clip of Swapna Suresh. The legal advice was sought from the Director General of Prosecutions. The action is based on the report of the investigation team regarding the voice clip of the Swapna. The audio recording of being forced to make a statement against the Chief Minister is considered to be serious.

Swapna confirmed that the voice was her's. The statement of the woman police officer came out last day that the officials forced Swapna Suresh to name the Chief Minister in the case. In this situation, legal advice was sought on what action to take next.
