NEW DELHI: The central government on Thursday lauded Kerala as the state recorded a drop in the number of COVID cases. The government said that the change in Kerala in a month is commendable.
Meanwhile, the Union Health Ministry has expressed concern over the increase in COVID cases in Maharashtra. In the meantime, the number of patients in Maharashtra has more than doubled. However, in Kerala, it has halved. Kerala's work in reducing the number of COVID cases is commendable. Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan told the media that there was no shortage of Covid vaccine in any state.
