THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The NSS on Thursday lashed out at minister Kadakampally Surendran after the latter expressed regret over the incidents that took place in Sabarimala over the women entry issue. According to the NSS, the minister should clarify whether a new affidavit would be filed before the larger bench demanding that women should not be allowed to enter Sabarimala to protect the right to worship.

It said that this problem does not end with the minister expressing regret or remorse. The NSS also said that the minister should take necessary immediate action for that.
